Exchange Policy

In case you would like to exchange your recent e-purchase, you simply have 2 choices:

  • Bring your item(s) to SILVANA in Chouifat, along with the invoice you received by email.
  • Contact our support team via WhatsApp on 71 590 946 in this case only delivery charge will be applied.

The item(s) you wish to exchange should follow the requirements below:

  • The original tag should be attached to the item.
  • The item should be in the original purchase condition (not washed, worn or altered).
  • In all cases, the invoice should be available for exchange.
  • On regular season: Exchange should be done within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • On sales & promotion season: Exchange should be done within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • Items returned are not refundable for cash.
  • The orders can be exchanged upon above rules, but not refunded.

 

RETURN POLICY FOR FAULTY GOODS

 

If you received and item that you think is faulty, you are asked to contact our support team on 71 590 946 or visit our concept within 10 days from purchase date. Goods are considered faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs.

If the item can be repaired, and upon your approval, we will offer to repair it. If it cannot be repaired and the same product is still available, we will offer you a replacement. If the same product is no longer available, an item exchange will apply by another item or on account amount.

We, at SILVANA, work hard to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products displayed on our website. However, as devices colors vary, we cannot guarantee that you device will display the items color in an accurate way.
